Rice Purity Score Chart

A downloadable Rice Purity score chart that explains 0–100 ranges, neutral nicknames, and privacy-aware sharing advice.

If you just finished the Rice Purity Test, you probably want to know how your number stacks up. Instead of treating the score like a ranking, use a range chart to frame the conversation. Each band highlights a tone, not a value judgment.

Stylised range bands for Rice Purity scores

| Range | Nickname | What it signals | | --- | --- | --- | | 90–100 | Cautious | You marked only a few prompts. Totally normal for younger players or anyone who prefers to observe first. | | 80–89 | Moderate | A blend of curiosity and caution. Many students land here during orientation season. | | 70–79 | Broad | You’ve encountered a wider set of social situations; check in with yourself about how they felt. | | 60–69 | Adventurous | Busy calendar, lots of stories. Prioritise communication and boundaries. | | 0–59 | Extensive | You checked most prompts. Remember: the test is descriptive, not prescriptive. |

Why ranges work better than averages

  • Less stigma. Discussing ranges avoids labelling people as “good” or “bad” based on a number.
  • Privacy-first. Sharing a band (“mid-80s club”) reveals less than dumping your full checklist.
  • Version-proof. Different sites use slightly different prompts; ranges smooth out wording differences.

We plan to publish anonymised distribution data once we hit safety thresholds—see the average score methodology for details.

Sharing your chart safely

  1. Use the built-in share card. Our results page lets you download a graphic with score, date, and mode only.
  2. Skip the prompt list. Screenshots of individual answers can expose details you might later regret.
  3. Give context. If you post your range online, mention that the test is for entertainment.
